• Prepare boiling water and pour it into a glass of water
• Dip the molds provided with the veneers into the glass for 1 to 3 minutes (so that they become malleable)
• Place the molds in the veneers and position the set on your teeth, using your fingers to shape the veneers around your teeth. Gently remove the veneers from your teeth after 30 seconds. 
• Place the veneers in a glass of cold water for 5 minutes so thatthey can solidify and retain the shape of your teeth.
• Once hard, take your veneers, wash them as you would brush your teeth. Your veneers are ready!
